Position : Estimator

Experience : 3 to 15 Years (Facade Industry)

Location : Kandivali

Role & responsibilities A Formulating Estimation

1 Scrutiny of Tender documents.

2 Evaluating Tender Documents, Drawings & Schedules.

3 Floating Enquiries to suppliers/Manufacturers for the requisite items.

4 Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all items of work involved.

B Reviewing & Finalizing Estimations

1 In-depth Study of Drawings & specifications and raised RFI (Request for Information) to the client in coordination with the Business Development team.

2 Follow up with clients for finalization

3 Preparing Final BOQ based on RFI, Tender Drawing, Technical specification, and vendor quote

C Coordination

1 Coordination with client, drawing & project team pre and post-awarding of project

Required Skills

- Min 3 to 15 Yrs exp with Faade Estimation (Executive to Manager Any Level)
- Org Data Software exp (Not Mandatory)

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
