We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Fabrication Engineer with comprehensive knowledge of industrial steel fabrication. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in the fabrication of silos, ducts, cones, plate work, hoppers, and structural steel components, with the ability to manage fabrication activities from drawing review to final inspection and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Review fabrication drawings, engineering specifications, and material requirements.

- Plan and supervise fabrication activities for silos, ducts, cones, hoppers, tanks, and other plate work.

- Handle structural steel fabrication, including platforms, supports, beams, columns, bracings, and equipment structures.

- Ensure proper plate cutting, bending, rolling, fit-up, welding, grinding, and assembly as per approved drawings.

- Calculate material requirements,



nesting, weight, and fabrication quantities.

- Coordinate with the production team, welders, fitters, and quality control personnel to achieve production targets.

- Ensure dimensional accuracy, welding quality, and adherence to project specifications.

- Monitor fabrication progress, manpower, material utilization, and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with the design, procurement, quality, and project teams for smooth execution.

- Resolve fabrication-related technical issues and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Pay: ₹10,576.96 - ₹44,005.82 per month
