- ServiceNow Technical Architect – CMDB

Experience: 9–14 Years

Must have: CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, Service Mapping, Integrations

Certification: Any ServiceNow Certification mandatory

Valuable to have: SPM / GRC / HRSD, ITIL

- Senior Software Engineer – HAM

Experience: 8–13 Years

Must have: ServiceNow, ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, Integrations

Additional: ITOM / CSM, ITIL

- Software Engineer – ITSM & Scripting

Experience: 6–8 Years

Must have: ServiceNow, ITSM, ServiceNow Scripting

Certification: CSA + any 2 mainline ServiceNow certifications mandatory
