Technical Skills

Metalworking Knowledge

- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, punching, welding, laser cutting, and fitting.

- Knowledge of fabrication methods, material handling, and production processes.

Blueprint Reading

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, technical specifications, and fabrication details.

- Good understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and quality requirements.

Machinery Familiarity

- Knowledge and practical exposure to CNC machinery, Turret Punch Press, Press Brakes, Laser Cutting Machines, and welding equipment.

- Basic understanding of machine operation, troubleshooting, and coordination with the maintenance team.

Manpower Management

- Allocate daily work and job assignments to shop-floor employees.

- Monitor worker attendance, productivity, and shift schedules.

- Ensure optimum manpower utilization based on production priorities.

Production Control

- Execute daily and weekly production plans to achieve output and delivery targets.





- Monitor production progress and machine utilization.

- Minimize material wastage, rework, and production losses.

- Coordinate with the Planning Department for production priorities and schedules.

Quality Assurance

- Conduct regular in-process inspections to identify defects at an early stage.

- Ensure corrective actions are implemented to avoid rejection and rework.

- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to maintain required quality standards.

Safety Enforcement

- Ensure strict compliance with shop-floor safety rules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Ensure proper use of PPE by all employees.

- Maintain positive housekeeping and 5S practices in the fabrication area.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
