Expansion Executive/BDM – Mumbai | Kannu Ki Chai

Reporting: Head – Expansion & Projects

Role Objective:

Responsible for identifying and developing new outlet locations for Kannu Ki Chai across Mumbai and MMR, from property sourcing to site approval and pre-opening coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify high-footfall locations and potential properties.
- Conduct market surveys and site visits.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers and franchise partners.
- Evaluate rent, deposit, area, frontage, footfall and commercial feasibility.
- Prepare site evaluation and commercial reports.
- Support franchise expansion and location finalization.
- Coordinate with Projects, Operations, HR, Procurement and Finance for new outlet openings.




- Maintain property pipeline and weekly expansion MIS.
- Ensure all locations and commercial commitments follow KKC approval processes.

Required Skills:

- 2–5 years in QSR, retail expansion, real estate, franchise or business development.
- Robust knowledge of Mumbai/MMR commercial markets.
- Good negotiation, networking and communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

KPI: Quality property leads, site visits, approved locations, site conversion, franchise pipeline and timely outlet opening support.
