Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in International Sales, preferably in B2B or B2C sales, with experience in revenue generation and/or lead generation.
- Experience in handling international customers and cold calling.
- International travel experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of international geographies, export documentation, logistics, and shipment processes.
- Ability to manage existing customers and independently handle sales activities.
- Follow up on orders, production schedules, dispatches, and shipments.
- Regularly communicate with customers regarding shipment status, export documents, and other order-related details.
- Robust communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and follow-up skills.
- Candidates with experience in the food manufacturing industry, food ingredients, or ingredient supply companies will be preferred.
