Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete export & import documentation and processes
- Handle shipping, freight forwarders, customs & logistics
- Coordinate with international suppliers and customers
- Prepare/verify LC, invoice, packing list, BL and other trade documents
- Handle banking & compliance related to international trade
- Coordinate smoothly with suppliers, buyers and internal teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant Export-Import experience
- Strong knowledge of international trade & documentation
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Experience with international shipments and banking procedures preferred
- Email drafting and MS Office expertise
