Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Export Documentation Executive to handle export-related documentation, shipment coordination, and communication with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers, CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments for shipment-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, and other required documents.
- Prepare and verify documents to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Coordinate for export certificates, NOP certificates, lab reports, and other compliance-related documents.
- Maintain proper records of export documents and shipment details.
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and shipment updates.




- Assist in preparing stuffing reports and other shipment-related reports.
- Handle customer communication through email and WhatsApp when required.
- Update shipment and customer information in the CRM/system.
- Support the export team in day-to-day documentation and coordination activities.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Export Documentation and International Trade processes.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external parties.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 51.0 per week
