Job Summary:

We are looking for an Experience Centre Manager to drive sales, customer experience, and brand engagement at our premium experience centre. The role involves managing client interactions, generating business, and executing events to enhance brand visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and revenue at the experience centre
- Deliver a premium customer experience through personalized product consultation
- Manage visual merchandising and overall ambience to reflect brand standards
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value and corporate clients
- Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to drive footfall and business
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and client servicing





Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in premium/luxury retail or lifestyle brands
- Strong sales and business development mindset
- Excellent communication skills (English is a must)
- Presentable personality with solid client engagement skills
- Experience or exposure to events, exhibitions, or brand activations

Qualification:

- Graduate (Any Discipline)

Preferred Skills:

- Sales-driven with focus on revenue generation
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle high-value customers and premium environments

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
