JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review and understand tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Study architectural and façade drawings to understand the project scope and quantities.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and material estimates for façade works.
- Prepare cost estimates for Curtain Wall, Unitized Façade, Aluminium Windows & Doors, Louvers, ACP/Aluminium Cladding, Glazing, and other façade systems.
- Prepare detailed rate analysis considering material, labour, fabrication, installation, transportation, wastage, and other project costs.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for required materials and services.
- Prepare competitive and accurate tender submissions, commercial offers, and quotations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and project teams to ensure accurate estimation.
- Identify project scope, exclusions, assumptions, and potential commercial risks.
- Analyse tender requirements and highlight technical or commercial clarifications/queries.
- Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, rate analysis, BOQs, and tender submissions.
- Support management in reviewing project costs, margins,



and overall commercial viability before tender submission.
- Participate in tender discussions and provide technical/commercial inputs as required.

REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field

EXPERIENCE: 3–4 Years

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: Façade / Aluminium & Glass / Construction / Building Materials

SKILLS

- Strong understanding of façade systems and construction methods.
- Good knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, estimation, and rate analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and façade drawings.
- Knowledge of materials used in façade works including aluminium, glass, ACP/cladding, louvers, sealants, hardware, and accessories.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and estimation-related tools.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Good vendor and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet submission deadlines.
- Good commercial awareness and decision-making ability.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
