Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Safety / HSE professional with 5 to 6 years of experience in Power Plants, Refineries, Steel Plants or Industrial Projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE standards, monitoring site safety, ensuring statutory compliance and promoting a protected working environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and safety standards at site.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company safety procedures.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, training and awareness programs.
- Monitor critical activities such as work at height, lifting, hot work, confined space and electrical work.




- Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and safe work practices.
- Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessment.
- Investigate incidents and near misses and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain safety reports, inspection records, training records and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with project, construction and subcontractor teams for safety compliance and closure of observations.
- Support emergency preparedness, mock drills and emergency response activities.
