- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting to fill open positions.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify the most qualified candidates for each role.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective job postings on popular job portals like LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed.com.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to shortlisting, interviewing, offer generation, and onboarding recent hires.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in executive recruitment or staffing industry.

- Strong understanding of HRSD (Human Resources Shared Services) processes including payroll administration.

- Excellent interviewing skills with ability to assess candidate fitment against company culture and values.

- Proficiency in using job portals like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
