The Executive - Production will oversee and manage the production operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes to meet production targets. This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality standards and optimizing resource utilization.

As an Executive - Production, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing daily production plans, ensuring smooth operations across various lines and equipment.

Your role is pivotal in achieving production targets, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing process improvements. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless production operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Execute daily production plans as per approved schedules, ensuring timely and efficient operations.

- Monitor production lines, equipment, and processes to identify and address any issues promptly.

- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual production targets in terms of quantity, quality, and efficiency.

- Optimize manpower, raw materials, packaging, and utilities to minimize costs and maximize output.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Engineering teams for smooth production flow.

- Improve line efficiency, OEE, yield, and productivity through data analysis and process optimization.

- Identify and address production losses, bottlenecks,



and operational problems to enhance overall performance.

- Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

- Minimize product, material, and packaging wastage to reduce costs and environmental impact.

- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports, analyzing production-related MIS for insights.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Production, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in a production workplace, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and industry best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.

- Proficiency in using production management software and data analysis tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide production teams.

- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
