– MECHANICAL ENGINEER

A. Mechanical Maintenance

- Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Ensure maximum availability and reliability of plant machinery and utilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and identify root causes.
- Attend equipment breakdowns and restore machines within minimum possible time.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and equipment history.

B. Equipment & Machinery
- Handle maintenance of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, motors, valves, hydraulic/pneumatic systems and other mechanical equipment.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor MTBF, MTTR and equipment availability.
- Identify recurring breakdowns and implement permanent corrective measures.
- Support vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis and other predictive maintenance activities.
- Develop equipment checklists and maintain.
