Role & responsibilities :-

1. Planning and Undertaking Scheduled maintenance ,TPM/WCM

activities, Breakdowns Troubleshooting, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance of Welding line, Plant and utilities like Forklift/DG/STP and Report Preparation
1. Control and Achieve Maintenance KPIs MTTR, MTBF, BD % Etc.

within Target
1. Continuous improvements ,RCA,CAPA
2. Plan and Execute Day to Day Activities of Maintenance
3. Managing the audits IATF ,EMS
4. 5s Activities, Kaizen, Reports Generation, Review and update,

Documentation
1. Train and supervise the technician/contract labours in maintenance

dept.
1. Handling/control shift Activities
2. Follow up the external supplier and contractors for Quotes, execution

of maintenance work
1. Ensure Safety of Plant
2. Reporting Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Attend Management Review

Meeting.
1. Involve in Plant Improvement Activities
2. Purchase activities
3. internal Project activities

4. Maintenance Store control





Preferred candidate profile

1. Automation-Electrical, Mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics

systems
1. Programming and troubleshooting of Siemens PLC s7 300,S7400,

s7 1500, VFD, SCADA ,SEW drives, Allen Bradly RsLogix, Siemens Drives-simotion, Autocad,3D modelling, MS Office
1. Good knowledge of industry best maintenance practice
2. Maintenance Management systems, IATF
3. Good knowledge of equipment, IT -systems and associated

regulations
1. Excellent Communication skills, interpersonal skills at all levels,

Adaptable, Reliable, adaptable and willing to adapt to changing priorities
1. Good safety record and attitude to safety
2. Willingness to Travel, willing to work 3 Shift
3. Good attitude, positive, willing to learn, leadership qualities
