FPL Group is looking for a dynamic and experiencedHR Professional to manage the full employee lifecycle across our branches.

Quick Overview

- Gender: Male/Female
- Experience: 2 to 5 years (Automobiles industry preferred)
- Education: MBA (HR) / MSW / MA (HR)
- Language: Fluency in English & Tamil is preferred
- Primary Location: Madhavaram, Vanagaram, Chrompet,Guindy,OMR
- Joining: Immediate joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End HR: Manage recruitment, on boarding, and exit formalities.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and mediate conflicts.
- Branch Visits: Conduct weekly visits (twice a week) to branches to engage with the employees.
- Compliance & Payroll:



Coordinate EPFO/ESIC grievances and oversee monthly wages and incentive compliance.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
