Key Responsibilities

- Handle Direct Tax compliances, including preparation and filing of Income Tax returns and related statutory filings.

- Prepare Advance Tax computations, monthly TDS workings, ensure timely tax payments, and support quarterly TDS return filings.

- Assist in Tax Audits, Income Tax Assessments, and preparation of submissions for tax authorities.

- Manage GST compliances, including return preparation, reconciliations, and support in GST assessments and notices.

- Coordinate with tax consultants for tax notices, assessments, and statutory submissions.

- Liaise with internal and external auditors during Statutory, Tax, and Transfer Pricing audits.

- Work closely with Finance, Accounts, and other cross-functional teams on tax-related matters.

- Track tax notices and statutory due dates to ensure timely compliance.





- Keep abreast of changes in Direct and Indirect Tax laws and support implementation of regulatory updates.

Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of Direct Tax (Income Tax, TDS, Advance Tax).

- Working knowledge of GST and related compliances.

- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
