Role & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and salary inputs.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and payroll-related documentation.
- Manage statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants and statutory authorities whenever required.
- Support employee joining, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, leave, attendance, and HR policies.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to headcount, recruitment, attendance, payroll, attrition, and compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in labour laws and statutory regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
