Intima Heart & Superspeciality Hospital is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead the hospital’s overall strategic direction, operations, and business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior management to ensure excellence in patient care, operational efficiency, financial performance, and long-term expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of hospital operations, including clinical, administrative, financial, and support functions.
- Develop and execute business plans, growth strategies, and expansion initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization while maintaining high-quality patient care.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, consultants, corporate partners, TPAs, insurers, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage senior department heads and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor hospital performance through MIS, KPIs, and regular reviews, and present updates to the Board.
- Represent the hospital at industry forums, community events, and strategic partnerships.
- Foster a culture of excellence, patient-centricity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- MBBS / MD / MHA / MBA in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Advanced leadership or management qualification is preferred.

Experience:





- Minimum 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in hospital or healthcare management.
- At least 5+ years in a strategic leadership role such as Director, COO, CEO, or Business Head.
- Experience in cardiac or superspeciality hospitals will be an added advantage.

Skills:

- Solid strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in P&L; management, business growth, and operational excellence.
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and hospital systems.
- Ability to lead large teams and drive organizational change.
