Position: Executive Assistant to Founder / Director

Location: Shimla

Experience: 8–15 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and dependable Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder / Director.

The role will involve managing executive priorities, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, driving follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of key business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, calls and priorities Coordinate travel, accommodation, itineraries and executive logistics Prepare agendas, presentations, Mo Ms and action trackers Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations and Project teams Follow up on key projects, deliverables and management reports Liaise with consultants, vendors, investors and legal advisors Draft business correspondence,



proposals and reports Support leadership meetings, events, project reviews and strategic initiatives Handle confidential information with complete discretion What We're Looking For

8–15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Chief of Staff, Business Coordinator or similar role Excellent organisation, communication and follow-up skills Solid command of English, MS Office and Google Workspace High level of professionalism, maturity and discretion Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong business judgement and problem-solving ability Preferred: Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, Banking, Financial Services or Consulting. Familiarity with AI tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot will be an advantage.
