Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Business & Personnel Associates is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Executive

Assistant will provide comprehensive executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. Daily responsibilities include organizing documents, drafting and reviewing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting office administration activities. The role involves acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and timely follow-up on tasks and initiatives.

The Executive





Assistant will also assist with HR and event-related coordination, helping to plan meetings, corporate events, and staff activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Candidates should possess experience handling Expense Reports and related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with executives, team members, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document management, filing, and general office coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email and calendar applications).
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Previous experience supporting senior leadership or working in HR or events environments will be an advantage.
