We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Events Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for end-to-end event execution, from initial logistics to rigorous on-site setups and post-event wrap-ups. The ideal candidate thrives in a quick-paced environment and is comfortable with the physical demands and flexible hours required for successful event management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Logistics Management: Oversee guest lists, invitations, attendee registrations, and the preparation of all physical event materials.

- On-Site Setup & Execution: Supervise and actively participate in the physical setup of event infrastructure. Remain on-site throughout the event to troubleshoot and handle real-time operational issues.

- Post-Event Wrap:



Manage post-event teardown, facilitate final vendor payments, process invoices, and collect post-event feedback.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in event planning, hospitality, or a highly operational role.

- Core Skills: Exceptional communication, strong multitasking abilities, and strict attention to detail.

- Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic project/event management software

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
