Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on EVs.
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems, battery modules, and charging units.
- Troubleshoot issues related to motors, inverters, converters, and wiring harnesses.
- Replace faulty components and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnostics & Testing
- Use diagnostic tools/software to identify faults in EV systems.
- Conduct performance tests on batteries, motors, and controllers.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Installation & Commissioning
- Support installation of EV charging stations and related infrastructure.
- Assist in commissioning new EVs and ensuring readiness for operation.
- Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to high-voltage safety protocols and PPE requirements.




- Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
- Promote workplace safety and 5S practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Automobile Engineering or related field.
- 24 years of experience in EV maintenance or automotive electrical systems.
- Robust knowledge of EV components: batteries, motors, controllers, charging systems.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools, CAN bus systems, and EV software.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Understanding of high-voltage safety procedures.
