We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ETL development, SQL, data warehousing, and database technologies, with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and data transformation logic.
- Work with relational databases and data warehouse environments.
- Analyze source data and understand business requirements to develop effective data mappings and transformation rules.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures, data issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize ETL processes and SQL queries for improved performance and scalability.
- Develop reusable ETL components and follow coding/development standards.
- Work with business analysts, data engineers, QA teams,



and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Prepare technical documentation including mapping specifications, workflows, data flow diagrams, and process documentation.
- Participate in deployment, production support, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure ETL solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and data-quality requirements.

Mandatory Skills
- 38 years of hands-on experience in ETL/Data Integration development

- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with at least one major ETL tool such as:

- Informatica PowerCenter / IICS

- IBM DataStage

- Talend

- SSIS

- Ab Initio

- Pentaho
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, loading, mapping, and validation
- Good knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Understanding of Dimensional Modeling, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Facts and Dimensions
- Experience in performance tuning and debugging ETL workflows
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
