Experience: 1–3 Years relevant experience preferred

We are hiring an Estimation & Quotation Executive with practical knowledge of estimation, costing and quotation preparation for uPVC & Aluminium Doors & Windows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare project-wise estimates and quotations for uPVC & Aluminium Doors & Windows.
- Calculate costing based on drawings, measurements, specifications and customer requirements.
- Calculate material costs including profiles, glass, hardware, reinforcement, mesh, labour, transportation and accessories.
- Prepare BOQ, MTO and material requirement sheets.
- Maintain and update supplier/vendor rates.
- Calculate project costing, profit margins and selling prices.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for quotation requirements and timelines.
- Maintain quotation records, rate lists and costing sheets.
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based costing sheets using formulas.
- Ensure accuracy in quantities, rates, calculations and final quotations.





Required Skills:

- Knowledge of uPVC / Aluminium Doors & Windows.
- Practical understanding of estimation and costing.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and formulas.
- Understanding of BOQ, MTO and material costing.
- Ability to understand drawings, measurements and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in uPVC/Aluminium Doors & Windows, fabrication, estimation & costing, quotation preparation, or building-material/construction estimation will be preferred.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate or equivalent.

Freshers with strong Excel knowledge and relevant technical understanding may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,555.76 - ₹16,000.00 per month
