We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Aluminium Windows, Doors & Facade industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, quantity take-offs, material calculations, and cost quotations for aluminium window, door, glazing, and façade projects.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of aluminium profiles, hardware, glass, accessories, fabrication requirements, and project drawings, along with strong analytical and estimation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed estimates, quotations, BOQs, and material cost calculations for aluminium windows, doors, and façade projects.
- Study architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings to understand project requirements.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs for aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, accessories, and other materials.
- Calculate material requirements, wastage, labour, fabrication, installation, and other project-related costs.
- Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, sales, and project execution teams for accurate estimation.
- Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements before preparing quotations.
- Obtain and compare material rates from suppliers and vendors and maintain updated rate information.
- Prepare competitive and commercially viable quotations based on project requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information,



and technical requirements in drawings or BOQs and coordinate with the concerned teams for clarification.
- Assist in preparing revised estimates and quotations based on changes in drawings, specifications, or client requirements.
- Maintain estimation records, cost sheets, quotation details, and other commercial documentation.
- Support the sales and project teams with cost-related and technical information during project discussions.
- Ensure estimates are prepared accurately within the required timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Aluminium Windows, Doors & Facade / Fenestration industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical / Architecture / related engineering field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, windows, doors, curtain walls, façades, glazing, hardware, and accessories.
- Good understanding of architectural and technical drawings.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, material calculation, costing, and quotation preparation.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and estimation-related software/tools.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet estimation deadlines.

Pay: ₹385,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
