Estate In-Charge

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall maintenance and smooth functioning of the company premises, buildings and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the estate, buildings, infrastructure, and common areas to ensure proper upkeep, safety, and security.
- Coordinating and overseeing contractors, such as landscapers, builders, electricians, plumbers, technician and other external vendors for maintenance and repair work.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, repair work and service schedules.
- Manage maintenance-related inventory, including spare parts, electrical items, plumbing materials, tools, and consumables.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Manage AMC/service contracts, warranties, licenses, and renewal schedules related to estate facilities and services.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- BSc/BA in facility management or relevant field is a plus




- Proven experience of 5 years in estate/facility/building maintenance.
- Valuable knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance activities.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations and multiple activities simultaneously.

Salary - 20k - 30K Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
