Job Overview

This role is for a person with good mathematical calculations, who is ready to understand construction activity to prepare accurate estimates of materials, labours etc, for technical proposals, and pre-bid support based on drawings, site conditions, and real execution requirements.

· Cost estimation of materials, labours etc based on drawings, specifications, and site inputs for industrial flooring and related civil works

· Prepare technical and commercial proposals for enquiries and tenders

· Coordinate with project, execution, and procurement teams to validate costs, materials, and methodology

· Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions, access constraints, and execution realities

· Understand construction activity especially flooring systems, materials, execution sequences, and productivity norms

Key Responsibilities & Requirements





Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Diploma or Engineering degree is an added advantage)

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Autocad

· Soft Skills: Valuable communication, articulate, patient, energetic, empathetic

· Core Competencies:

o Logical thinking and problem-solving o Strong ability to read and understand drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site data o Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven o Continuous learning mindset to improve

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
