Key Responsibilities

Understand client business requirements and map them with ERPNext processes.

Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional documentation.

Configure ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, and Projects.

Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and issue resolution.

Prepare functional specifications, user manuals, and training documents.

Conduct user training sessions and support UAT activities.

Assist clients during go-live and provide post-implementation support.

Ensure smooth communication between clients, developers, QA, and project managers.

Added Advantage

Development experience in ERPNext/Frappe.

Experience in handling overseas clients and international project visits.

Certified by Frappe/ERPNext.

Knowledge of Odoo ERP.

Qualification - Any Graduate with relevant Experience ( 1-3 yrs)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
