ERP Manager Real Estate

Experience: 5-10 Years

We are looking for an experienced ERP Manager to manage and optimize the organizations ERP systems and ensure smooth integration of business processes across Real Estate, Sales, CRM, Finance, HR, Procurement, Projects, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete ERP system implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operations.
- Understand and streamline ERP processes as per real estate business requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance & Accounts, HR, Procurement, Projects, and Management teams.
- Manage ERP modules related to Real Estate Sales, Customer Management, Booking, Collections, Inventory, Projects, and Finance.
- Monitor data accuracy, system controls, workflows, and user access.
- Identify ERP process gaps and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors/technical teams for customization, integration, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports from ERP data.
- Ensure proper data security, backup, user permissions, and system controls.
- Conduct ERP training for employees and provide ongoing user support.




- Monitor system performance and resolve technical/functional issues on priority.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and ERP user guidelines.
- Ensure integration between ERP, CRM, payment gateways, accounting systems, and other business applications.
- Support management in ERP-based business analysis and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant ERP experience, preferably in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of Real Estate business processes.
- Experience in ERP implementation, customization, and process automation.
- Good knowledge of CRM, Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Project Management modules.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing ERP vendors and technical teams.
- Good knowledge of MIS, Excel, dashboards, and data reporting.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and different departments.
