Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive to expand our client base in equity investments, stock trading, and Demat account openings. You will identify prospective investors, present tailored trading solutions, draft proposals, and guide clients through seamless account onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential retail and high-net-worth investors interested in stock market trading and equity products.

Account Onboarding: Pitch and facilitate Demat & Trading account openings for new clients.

Consultative Selling: Present equity investment options, trading tools, and market insights tailored to client goals.

Proposal & Email Management: Draft professional investment proposals, follow-up emails, and client communications.

Data & Lead Management: Track, update, and manage prospective leads, client records, and sales pipelines using MS Office (Excel, Word) or CRM tools.

Client Relationship Management:



Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage portfolio growth and referrals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Domain Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of stock markets, equity investments, trading platforms, and Demat account processes.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English [and local language, e.g., Hindi] for persuasive client interaction.

Tech & Tool Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel for data management, Word for drafting, PowerPoint for presentations) and professional email etiquette.

Proposal Drafting: Ability to prepare clear, structured sales proposals and pitch decks.

Target-Driven: Self-motivated mindset focused on achieving monthly acquisition and revenue targets.

Education: Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (NISM certifications are a plus).
