Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced ER Physician to provide prompt and effective medical care to patients presenting to the Emergency Room. The candidate should have relevant hospital experience and be capable of assessing and managing emergency and critical cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform rapid assessment and initial evaluation of patients presenting to the ER.
- Provide immediate medical management for emergency and acute medical conditions.
- Stabilize patients and initiate appropriate treatment as required.
- Attend to trauma, medical emergencies, and other urgent cases.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
- Order and interpret relevant laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
- Coordinate with consultants and specialists for further management and referrals.
- Perform emergency procedures within the scope of clinical privileges.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and ER documentation.
- Ensure proper medication, treatment, and clinical documentation.




- Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments for patient care.
- Ensure appropriate admission, transfer, referral, or discharge of patients.
- Provide effective handover to the incoming medical team.
- Follow infection-control practices, patient-safety standards, and hospital clinical protocols.
- Participate in emergency drills, training programs, audits, and quality-improvement activities.

Qualification & Skills
- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
- 1–5 years of hospital experience is mandatory.
- Experience in an Emergency Room / Emergency Department is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency-management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make timely decisions in critical situations.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Willingness to work in assigned hospital shifts.
