Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, business operations, and data management. The intern will support day-to-day ERP activities, assist with data maintenance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining accurate product, inventory, vendor, and customer data within the ERP system.
- Support ERP data entry, validation, and regular data quality checks.
- Help troubleshoot basic ERP issues and escalate system-related concerns when necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards using ERP data and Microsoft Excel.
- Work with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure data consistency across business functions.
- Support inventory updates, product creation,



pricing updates, and item master maintenance.
- Participate in ERP testing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in creating user guides and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine administrative tasks related to ERP operations and business process support.
- Complete additional assignments and projects as required by the team.

Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Applications, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems is preferred (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, lookup functions, and basic reporting).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to work rotational night shifts, if required.
