EXPERIENCE: Experience in EPC Project Purchase, capital equipment is must.

:

- Sending Purchase enquiries to vendors and follow-up to obtains Quotations within required time frame.




- Co-ordinating with Engineering department to obtain Engineering clearance for releasing Purchase order.
- Preparing weekly MIS reports.
- Keeps records and track of commercial documentation of vendors on daily basis.
- To travel all over India to visit vendors premises to expedite and resolve critical issues.
- To prepare Purchase orders after obtaining prior approval/ clearance from Purchase committee.
- Due to necessary co-ordination with Project department , store department, dispatch department at manufacturing works and accounts department.
- To do necessary co-ordination with transporters for dispatch of goods.
- Clearance of Goods Inwards notes/ materials receipt notes.
- Maintain records of ISO 9001- 2015.
- Preparation of vendor payment vouchers.
- Preparation of Inter office Memo.
- Preparation of comparative statement in MS Excel.
