To participate in the validation and reporting of environmental data, with a particular focus on company's ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 accreditations and associated quality assurance systems.
To ensure the timely production of accurate reports.
To ensure all fieldwork is completed and documentation is accurately filled out.
Versatile to work night shifts and AEST time shifts.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Collection and Validation of Data & Report Production.
Perform daily data verification checks as directed.
Ensure all internal and external reports are accurate and delivered on time.
Review field documentation to ensure it is complete and accurate.
Report erroneous data to field staff promptly and effectively.
Follow up on reported issues for assigned stations to ensure satisfactory resolution.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
Respond to customer requests quickly and efficiently.
Maintain an up-to-date contact list for all current clients.
Treat all client data as confidential.
Ensure all system documentation (e.g., checklists, procedures) is up to date for all current stations.
Perform all duties in accordance with relevant state OH&S; Acts, safety regulations, standards, and codes of practice.
Conduct all tasks with integrity and accountability.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) and a Master's degree in Environmental Science.
