EHS Manager Environment, Health & Safety

Job Summary

Steadfast Limited is looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead Setting, Health & Safety operations at our manufacturing facility. The role will focus on statutory compliance, risk management, safety culture, environmental compliance, emergency preparedness, and continuous EHS improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead EHS strategy, policies, procedures, and safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Factories Act, environmental and statutory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and CAPA.
- Implement and monitor PTW, LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space, and Work-at-Height procedures.
- Manage fire safety, emergency preparedness, mock drills, and training.
- Ensure environmental compliance, waste management, emissions, and sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate statutory, customer, internal, and certification audits.
- Conduct EHS training, safety inductions,



and contractor safety programs.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain EHS documentation and records.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or related field.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety is mandatory.
- 6–8 years of relevant EHS experience in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Food, FMCG, Chemical, or Manufacturing industries.
- NEBOSH/IOSH/Fire & Safety certification preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 preferred.
