Job Overview: We are seeking an IT professional to install and maintain enterprise-level applications and IT infrastructure (Cloud and On Prem). The role includes installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise applications, managing IT assets, ensuring robust networking, managing virtual machines, and providing technical support. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic Linux skills, scripting and database knowledge, and excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, and deploy enterprise-level applications, ensuring performance, security, and seamless integration.

•Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and virtual machines (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, or cloud platforms).

•Provide expertise in Windows operating systems for server and client environments, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.





•Perform basic Linux operations, including using commands and scripts for system management and troubleshooting.

•Automate tasks and optimize workflows using scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

•Conduct basic database operations, such as querying, backups, and troubleshooting using SQL or similar tools.

•Provide timely technical support, resolve IT issues, and assist users with enterprise applications and systems.

•Document IT processes, create user guides, and conduct training sessions for staff and end-users.

•Ensure IT systems comply with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

•Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic Linux skills (commands and troubleshooting).

•Proficiency in networking, virtual machines, scripting, and database management.

•Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
