Role & Responsibilities

- PLC troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of automated machinery.

- Machine maintenance and troubleshooting related to PLC, electrical, and automation systems.

- Execute and support automation projects, including machine modifications and new automation initiatives.

- Identify opportunities for process and machine improvement and implement improvement projects.

- Analyze recurring machine breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Support production teams in minimizing machine downtime and improving equipment availability.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for automation, maintenance, and process improvement activities.

- Maintain appropriate documentation related to PLC programs, machine modifications, and improvement activities.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PLC programming, machine maintenance, automation, and troubleshooting.

- Strong hands-on experience in PLC troubleshooting and machine fault diagnosis.

- Exposure to automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/plant setting and support production requirements.
