What will you do?

Handle employee grievances and concerns

Conduct employee connects and engagement activities

Support employee counselling and conflict resolution

Work closely with Operations to resolve people-related concerns

Drive employee retention initiatives

Support disciplinary and HR processes

Collect employee feedback and identify workplace concerns

Ensure effective communication of HR policies and processes





What are we looking for?

Strong Telugu communication skills

Good English communication

Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills

Experience in Employee Relations / HR

BPO experience preferred

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
