Position: Embroidery Executive – Workshop

Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day activities of the embroidery workshop.
- Coordinate and monitor workshop workers to ensure smooth and timely completion of orders.
- Have good practical knowledge of embroidery techniques, fabrics, designs, and garment construction.
- Understand embroidery designs and ensure the design is executed accurately as per the requirement.
- Take accurate measurements and understand garment specifications, patterns, and fitting requirements.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to understand order requirements and execute them accordingly.
- Handle men's garment embroidery and ensure the final product meets the required quality and finishing standards.
- Monitor the complete process from design development to embroidery, garment production, finishing, and order closure.
- Ensure embroidery designs are manufactured accurately according to the approved sample/design.
- Check fabric, thread, colour, measurements, and other materials required for production.
- Allocate work to workshop workers and monitor their productivity and quality.
- Ensure production timelines and delivery commitments are met.




- Identify and resolve day-to-day production or embroidery-related issues in the workshop.
- Conduct quality checks at different stages of production and minimize errors, rework, and wastage.
- Maintain proper coordination between the workshop, designers, production team, and management.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of embroidery-related tools, machines, and materials.
- Maintain records of orders, production status, measurements, and completed work.
- Take ownership of assigned orders and ensure they are completed and closed within the required timeline.
- Ensure discipline, proper workflow, and adherence to company processes within the workshop.

Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in embroidery/workshop operations.
- Strong knowledge of embroidery and men's garment production.
- Valuable understanding of measurements, garment specifications, and fitting.
- Ability to understand and execute embroidery designs accurately.
- Good leadership and worker-management skills.
