Job Summary The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, lighting, power supply, and related electrical installations within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, switches, sockets, and electrical equipment.
- Inspect electrical systems regularly to identify faults and safety issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical breakdowns and faults.
- Maintain lighting systems, including LED lights, emergency lights, and outdoor lighting.
- Repair and replace switches, sockets, breakers, fuses, and other electrical components.
- Check and maintain distribution boards, panels, MCBs, and electrical connections.
- Assist with preventive and routine electrical maintenance.
- Respond promptly to electrical complaints and maintenance requests.
- Perform electrical testing and ensure systems are operating safely.
- Coordinate with the Facility Management Supervisor for major electrical repairs.
- Maintain records of electrical maintenance and repair activities.
- Monitor electrical tools, equipment, and spare materials and report requirements to the supervisor.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).




- Ensure proper isolation of electrical power before carrying out repair work.
- Keep the work area clean and safe after completing electrical work.
- Support emergency electrical maintenance whenever required.
- Perform other electrical and maintenance duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults
- Knowledge of wiring, circuits, switches, sockets, and distribution boards
- Ability to use electrical testing instruments and hand tools
- Basic knowledge of generators, UPS, and electrical equipment
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong awareness of electrical safety procedures

Experience: 2–5 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in facility management, commercial buildings, residential buildings, hotels, hospitals, or similar environments. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
