Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Electrician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery while ensuring safe and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, motors, and equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical faults and take corrective action to minimize equipment downtime.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control circuits.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations and identify potential faults or safety hazards.
- Handle electrical panels, MCCs, control panels, motors, starters, sensors, and related equipment.
- Ensure proper earthing, cabling, and electrical connections.
- Maintain records of electrical maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Comply with company safety procedures and electrical safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth plant operations.




- Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Knowledge of motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, and control panels.
- Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
- Awareness of electrical safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Electrical or relevant discipline).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance.
- Candidates with experience in industrial/manufacturing environments will be preferred.

Work Requirements

- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Ability to respond to electrical breakdowns and emergencies.
- Physically fit and safety-conscious.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate An experienced electrician with solid hands-on knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance, machinery troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and electrical safety. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
