Job Title: Field Electrical Supervisor

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 / month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day repair and maintenance (R&M;) operations across retail client sites in Chennai (e.g., Max, Lifestyle, Easybuy, Home Centre).
- Supervise field technicians, allocate daily tickets, and ensure quality and timely closure of maintenance requests.
- Conduct regular site audits to check electrical systems, panel boards, lighting, HVAC connections, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate directly with client store managers for service sign-offs, preventive maintenance schedules, and urgent escalations.
- Manage material estimation, spare parts requests, and job completion reports.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Diploma or BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EEE).
- Experience: 3+ years in electrical maintenance, commercial retail site management, or facility services.
- Mandatory: Valid driver’s license and two-wheeler (bike) for daily travel across Chennai sites.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in commercial electrical distribution, lighting systems, and DG sets/UPS setup.
- Basic working knowledge of local languages (Tamil) and job report maintenance.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 / month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Perform corrective and preventive electrical maintenance at retail partner locations across Chennai.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical faults, wiring issues, switchboards, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and power points.
- Respond promptly to breakdown calls and complete daily tickets assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure all work adheres strictly to safety norms and retail standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Obtain work completion sign-offs from store store-in-charges upon job finishing.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: ITI or Diploma in Electricals / Wireman License.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance (preferably in commercial or retail environments).
- Mandatory: Own bike and valid driving license for field travel.
- Practical knowledge of single-phase and three-phase wiring, DB dressing, and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel daily within Chennai city limits.
