Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Solar Sales Executive to drive sales of solar products and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting customer visits, explaining solar solutions, preparing quotations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, customer enquiries, and other sales channels.

- Identify and develop potential residential, commercial, and institutional customers.

- Visit customers and understand their electricity requirements and solar installation needs.

- Explain solar products, system benefits, technical features, savings, and return on investment to customers.

- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.

- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for site surveys, system design, installation, and commissioning.

- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits,



quotations, orders, and sales pipeline.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Develop strong relationships with customers, dealers, builders, contractors, and other business partners.

- Ensure timely collection and completion of required sales documentation.

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Sales / Renewable Energy / Electrical Sales.

- Any Degree / Diploma / MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.

- Good knowledge of solar products, rooftop solar systems, and basic electrical concepts.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Good presentation and convincing abilities.

- Target-oriented and capable of working independently in the field.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

- Positive knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
