Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Electrical Maintenance Trainee to join our maintenance team. The trainee will work under the supervision of experienced technicians and engineers and gain hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Support troubleshooting of motors, control panels, sensors, relays, contactors, switches, and electrical circuits.
- Assist with inspection and maintenance of electrical panels, cables, wiring, and control systems.
- Support installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Assist senior technicians in identifying electrical faults and carrying out corrective actions.
- Perform routine inspections according to preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain daily maintenance, breakdown, and inspection records.
- Assist in maintaining electrical tools, spare parts, and maintenance equipment.




- Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards in the maintenance area.
- Coordinate with production and other departments during breakdowns and planned maintenance.
- Learn and develop practical skills under the guidance of senior maintenance personnel.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, wiring, and control panels.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
