Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrician – Panel Wiring & Maintenance with 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical panel wiring, component fitting, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The candidate should have practical knowledge of control panels, electrical connections, and identifying and resolving electrical faults.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical panel wiring as per circuit diagrams, wiring drawings, and project requirements.
- Fit and connect electrical components such as MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, and other panel accessories.
- Carry out cable connection, cable dressing, and cable termination inside electrical panels.
- Read and understand basic electrical wiring diagrams and control circuit drawings.
- Conduct panel testing to verify wiring accuracy, continuity, insulation, and proper functioning of components.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify electrical faults in panels and control circuits.
- Perform routine and preventive electrical panel maintenance.
- Inspect panel components, wiring, terminals,



and connections for loose connections, damage, or overheating.
- Replace faulty electrical components and carry out necessary repairs.
- Ensure proper cable labeling, ferruling, termination, and neat panel wiring.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to complete wiring, testing, and maintenance activities on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in electrical panel wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Must have practical knowledge of electrical panel wiring.
- Must know the fitting and wiring of MCB, MCCB, contactors, and relays.
- Experience in cable connection and cable termination.
- Knowledge of panel testing and fault finding.
- Ability to read and understand basic electrical circuit and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of electrical tools, testing instruments, and safety procedures.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or a related technical trade is preferred.
