– Electrical Foreman

Position: Electrical Foreman

Salary: 60,000.00 to 70,000.00 INR per month

Food & Accommodation: Provided by the company

Requirements:

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical or equivalent qualification.
- 8–10 years of overall electrical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory/foreman role, preferably in Solar PV projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety standards and site procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance activities at the project site.




- Manage electricians and technicians and allocate daily work.
- Ensure electrical works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor installation of cables, panels, switchgear, inverters, and other electrical equipment.
- For Solar PV projects, supervise PV module, inverter, cabling, earthing, and related electrical installations.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site teams.
- Prepare daily work progress reports and maintain site records.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
