- Supervise electrical works such as tower erection, stringing, cable laying, and installation activities

- Guide workers and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications

- Support smooth execution of site activities

- Coordination &

- Team Support

- Coordinate with civil teams, contractors, and site staff

- Ensure proper communication between different teams

- Support planning and execution of daily work

- Safety &

- Quality Monitoring





- Ensure safety practices and PPE compliance at site

- Inspect materials and work methods to ensure quality standards

- Report any deviations or unsafe conditions

- Issue Resolution

- Identify and resolve site-level issues

- Support reporting manager in resolving execution challenges

- Ensure minimal disruption to project progress

- Material &

- Work Monitoring

- Monitor usage of materials at site

- Ensure proper handling of electrical equipment

- Track daily work progress

- Reporting

- Provide daily updates on work progress

- Report issues, delays, and site challenges

- Maintain basic documentation
