Electrical Engineer

Position: Electrical HT/LT, HVAC, STP, WTP & AV Systems Engineer

Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 58 years in Operation & Maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems, HVAC, STP, WTP and AV systems in commercial or industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS, panels and distribution systems.
- Operate and maintain HVAC, STP, WTP and AV systems to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Carry out preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of all assigned systems.
- Maintain daily logbooks, maintenance records and reports.
- Coordinate with the Building & Facilities Manager, supervisors, technicians, contractors and client representatives.
- Coordinate with OEMs and specialized agencies for major maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Assist in planning manpower, tools, equipment and spare requirements.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed within the specified timeline while complying with safety and statutory requirements.
