Minimum Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

1. To support the development and delivery of multidisciplinary MEP designs, ensuring functional integration and adherence to project specifications, safety norms, and design standards.
2. Prepare design drawings, load calculations, and detailed engineering deliverables for MEP systems.
3. Coordinate across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.
4. Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with applicable codes and client requirements.
5. Support BIM model coordination and clash resolution.
6. Provide inputs for design validation, cost optimization,



and constructability reviews.
7. Internal Stakeholder : Design Lead, Project Engineers, BIM Coordinators, QA/QC Team
8. External Stakeholder : Consultants, Clients, Vendors, and Site Execution Teams
9. Minimum Qualifications : B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

10.Years of Experience : 7-15 years

1. Nature of Ex. Electrical system design and coordination for large-scale projects using BIM and design software
2. Technical Skills : MEP system design and coordination & Design validation and cost optimization
3. Leadership / Behavioural Skills : Execution Planning and Problem Solving; Communication and Collaboration
4. Extra Knowledge: Extra Low Voltage System (ELV), ICT System, BMS System, MSLD, Transformer Sizing, Cable Sizing, APFC Sizing, UPS Sizing, DG Sizing, Short Circuit Sizing, Cable Containment Sizing, Lighting Illumination Design
